where faith, fashion and photography collide
yes, it is not easy to find the true companion...
I haven't been a good one lately...please forgive me Sha! :(A friend is...someone who doesn't put you down someone who you can trust when they're not aroundsomeone who gives you advice even if you don't want to hear it but you know its good for yousomeone who loves you for the sake of Allahsomeone who does things with no intention of getting anything in return except reward from Allahand when you're around them, you just feel at peace even when you're not saying anything.
Ayuni, no it's not easy but alhamdulillah for the wonderful people in our life =) Fairuz, grrr you're the 2nd girl I know who got married, now living in la la land and have neglected your friends! lol Love what you said about friendship though *hugs*
So beautifull, thanks for the post!!
this is s0oo trueee..sometimes i don't even believed my own bestfriends..i wonder why does it always so hard to find true friends..
I'll come back to comment,as now I'm a little busy...It's a very interesting subject. This quote is really great.
Every friendship begins with a likenging of eachother and usually with a lot of laughs, yet from here to call somebody a true friend the road is long and sometimes very hard to go through, yet if one is constant and has a true wish to be a good friend...then it's all so worth it.However,I also think that some peole, even though they are great and all,are meant to be in our lives just for a period and not till the end.We evolve,so we meet different people...of course there are the special ones who are meant to be with us for always :).XO
Jasmina, Emma and khawla thank you for your comments. Jasmina, you're right, friends don't always stay in our lives but God did bring them in our lives for a reason. And we can learn a lot from friends, even the not so good ones. At the end of the day, we always find out who our true friends are eventually =)
I personally believe mutual respect is an important aspect of any true friendship. You have to treat others the way you want to be treated.
