As individuals we can be different in many ways, from our personalities to our preferences to our physical appearances. But there is one universal and fundamental element that has been encoded into our DNA. It’s the one thing we all have in common and that is the desire to be happy. Everybody wants to be happy.
Even Aristotle believed so when he claimed, “Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.” That’s a lot of pressure, Mr. Aristotle. But what is happiness? What does it mean to be happy or unhappy?
