Style Sunday: Cinnamon

I wore this outfit to my friend's graduation last week.
The colour of my dress is commonly described as 'rusty red' but I think 'cinnamon red'
or 'merah tembikai' (watermelon red - thank you Javanese Dove!) has a better ring to it.
I was feeling quite tired from the rush of my graduation day so I wore my favourite 'pick-me-up' colour for my hijab:
RED.

What's your favourite 'pick-me-up' colour?

Haaniah, pleats are so 'in' I don't think they will ever be 'out'. Turquoise is a gorgeous colour!

bermuda-buttercup, thank you! It always surprises me when people say that they love my style. I'm so simple compared to the rest of the 'hijabistas' out there.

javanese DOVE, merah tembikai is perfect! better than cinnamon red.

Fida I, thank you Fida. Purple is just lush isn't it?

Ashi, I saw that when reading one of your posts yesterday. I was quite surprised because I see you wearing heaps of purple shades lol. But I totally love emerald green and other jewel tones too.

you look beautiful as ever and that colour looks gorgeous on you regardless of the name you give it. Oh congratulations on your graduation and I have missed your posts so look forward to seeing you on here more.

What are your future plans, are you staying on in new new zealand? i.e to continue studying or you going back home?

Wow! Masha'Allah, sister Sha you look stunning! I absolutely love that dress! It's so chic and stylish.
You really suit red :)
I think if its a colour I adore at the moment its the creamy nude shades of pink. So girlyy and floral! They look especially nice in the Springtime :)
